The Housing Authority of the County of Beaver (HACB), a recipient of federal assistance through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), hereby gives public notice of its intent to utilize a competitive negotiation process, in accordance with 24 CFR 85.36, for the procurement of a Legal Services Contract, the scope of which shall include those legal services associated with the operation and management of all housing programs administered within its operational jurisdiction.
Qualified firms are invited to submit a proposal for the provision of legal services to the HACB no later than 12:00 p.m. Noon on Friday, May 21, 2024. Proposals will be evaluated and the firm whose proposal is most advantageous to the HACB will be selected. Proposal will be accepted at the Housing Authority of the County of Beaver, James F. Tress Administration Building, 300 State Avenue, Beaver (Vanport), PA 15009-1629
